The Village encompasses 70 acres of which approximately 55 acres belong to Village Estates Holdings Ltd, the owner and developer, who acquired the property in 2019 and obtained re-zoning and subdivision permits to create a unique residential community. The site includes green areas and roads and soon will become a real hub for the island in the centre of Grace Bay, while offering various residential and touristic options at a price considerably less than properties on the beach, while maintaining quality and design.

The global trend has been moving towards a live, work, play environment. The Village is the best location in Provo to create this type of community due to its proximity to our “Golden Mile” in Grace Bay. There will be pathways, where one can walk, jog or cycle for miles in complete safety, due to the security services offered and to the gated private roads where the 81 villas are located.
